Parties
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded between GNG COLLECTION - NAZIM GEREKLİOĞLU (“gngcollection.com”) and the Member within the framework of the following terms and conditions.
Definitions
Included in this agreement;
The phrase “gngcollection.com”; The vendor whose title is written above is one of the parties to this contract.
The phrase “Member/Registered User”; The real/legal person who fills out the necessary application and form within the framework of the provisions of this agreement on his/her own behalf and submits it within the scope of this agreement, and whose membership is approved in this way.
The phrase “Site”; www.gngcollection.com domain name and all other websites affiliated with or related to this domain name,
The phrase “Membership Form”; Within the framework of the provisions of this contract, the information form that will be filled in with real information by the Member and submitted to the seller company over the internet,
The phrase “Consumer Legislation”; Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection,
The phrase “Preliminary Information Form”; The form submitted to the Member for the purpose of informing the Member before membership within the framework of Consumer Legislation,
The phrase “Distance Selling Agreement”; It refers to distance sales contracts drawn up within the framework of Consumer Legislation.
General provisions
There is no obligation to be a Member of the Site to browse the Site. However, in order to benefit from some services offered on the Site, it is necessary to become a Member. In order for certain parts of the Site to be used by Members and to order Products, Registered Users who visit the Site must fill out the Membership Form on the Site and accept this Agreement.
Registered Users who want to shop can become Members by selecting "Create Account" during the completion of the order.
During membership, no fee will be collected from Members and Members' credit card information will not be stored on the Site. To become a member, a valid e-mail address must be entered.
How and to what extent all information provided on the Site is protected is stated in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.
During the completion of the order, Members must declare "I have read, understood and accepted the gngcollection.com Membership Agreement." By ticking the box and/or boxes next to the text and/or similar phrase and approving this Agreement, the Agreement is established and the Members accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Registered Users must provide their Personal Information requested in the Membership Form in order to become a member of the gngcollection.com website, as well as billing information, delivery address, telephone number, etc. if they wish to make a sales transaction. They will share the information with gngcollection.com. If the Personal Information in question is required to be submitted and the requested information is not shared with gngcollection.com, Members will not be able to benefit from some of the services offered on the Site. Membership can be canceled at any time. The member is responsible for the accuracy of all information reported to “gngcollection.com” by the member.
Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site
gngcollection.com grants Members the right to benefit from the services offered on the Site by viewing the Site through an internet browser, within the framework of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Membership is revocable and non-transferable. Membership is for personal use and cannot be used for commercial purposes and/or on behalf of third parties without the express written consent of gngcollection.com. If the Membership is used for purposes other than specified, the Membership will be terminated immediately by gngcollection.com without any notice.
All or part of the Content cannot be copied, modified or used for any commercial and/or personal purposes without the express prior written consent of gngcollection.com. If gngcollection.com believes that the Membership is used against the interests of gngcollection.com and/or unlawfully, it may cancel the Membership and/or refrain from providing service without the need for any notice.
Members cannot publish or share information, documents or content through the Site that violates the intellectual and industrial rights, confidential information, trade secrets and/or real rights of third parties. Members cannot upload or publish through the Site any content that is explicit, immoral, pornographic or may cause any legal or criminal liability within the framework of Turkish laws. Members cannot upload or distribute through the Site content that may harm the Site, such as trojans or worms.
Although all precautions have been taken by “gngcollection.com” to ensure that the site and its content do not carry viruses, the member is obliged to take all necessary precautions against a possible virus. “gngcollection.com” accepts no responsibility for the virus.
gngcollection.com will give each Member a separate Username and Password so that Members can access the Site and benefit from the services offered on the Site. If you enter the Site using the User Name and Password, gngcollection.com assumes that those who log in to the Site are authorized to use the Membership within the scope of this Agreement. gngcollection.com has no obligation to investigate the source and authority of the entries made.
Members are individually responsible for all legal and financial consequences arising from transactions (correspondence, publication, etc.) performed while accessing the Site using the User Name and Password specific to Members. Members will not share their specifically assigned User Name and Password with any third party, and they are solely responsible for protecting their User Name and Password. In this context, gngcollection.com, under any name, does not accept any responsibility for the consequences that may arise from the transactions made on the Site if the membership information is obtained by third parties. If Personal Information and/or User Name and Password is threatened and/or stolen, Members are obliged to notify gngcollection.com about this.
Members declare, accept and undertake that they know and consent that the Personal Information they provide to gngcollection.com during Membership will be used by gngcollection.com within the scope of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
gngcollection.com reserves the right to change or completely eliminate all and/or some of the variable and/or default settings on the Site, including but not limited to any image or feature on the Site, at any time without notifying the Member.
In the virtual environment, service interruptions or disruptions may occur due to reasons arising from the internet service provider beyond the control of gngcollection.com. In such a case, Members accept that this situation is not the responsibility of gngcollection.com and that they will not hold gngcollection.com responsible for any loss of information that may occur.
Intellectual property
The "gngcollection.com" brand and the Site are owned by gngcollection.com and the Site is operated by gngcollection.com. In this context, all usage and ownership rights of the "gngcollection.com" brand belong to gngcollection.com, and the Content of the Site and related intellectual rights either belong to gngcollection.com or are used with the express permission of the right owner.
Unless expressly permitted by gngcollection.com, the Content of the Site cannot be copied, reproduced, reproduced, republished, modified, downloaded, uploaded or distributed in any way. Payment and Billing

Termination of Membership and Corrections
Members can terminate their membership by making a request on gngcollection.com.
gngcollection.com may, at its sole discretion and without the obligation of prior notice, terminate or suspend Members' access to the Site at any time, and delete or change any material on the Site, without any notice, warning or compensation liability.
Compensation
Members agree to release gngcollection.com, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all claims and demands that may be asserted against gngcollection.com by any third party in connection with the use of the Site, and They agree to compensate for any damage or loss.
Third Party Content
gngcollection.com is the publisher, not the producer, of the information provided by Members and Contracted Organizations and third parties. gngcollection.com has no obligation or responsibility to investigate the accuracy of this information and content, or to undertake and guarantee that this information and content is safe, accurate and legal. The legal and criminal liability for the content within the site belongs to the person who created the content.
Members can be directed to other sites by providing links on the site. gngcollection.com does not represent any content on the Site or accessed through the Site, and gngcollection.com is not responsible for the content of the sites to which it links, promotes or advertises and/or the services provided or goods sold by the real and legal persons who own these sites. In addition, there is no obligation or obligation to conduct any research regarding the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality or social suitability of any material accessed through the Site or contained on the Site.
Other Provisions
gngcollection.com may refrain from fulfilling its obligations specified in this Agreement due to errors arising from reasons beyond its discretion, such as mechanical, electronic, communication malfunction or deterioration.
If any provision of this Agreement is unenforceable or deemed invalid, this invalidity will be limited to this situation only and the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
Both Parties accept that the Agreement fully corresponds to the will of the Parties.
No agency, partnership or joint venture may be established or employment created as a result of this Agreement. Members cannot have any authority to bind gngcollection.com on any matter related to these.
Members accept in advance the validity of gngcollection.com records, and in any dispute that may arise between them and gngcollection.com, they will be solely and primarily responsible for all records, documents and books of gngcollection.com, all kinds of computer and sound recordings, microfilms and microfiches. They accept that it will constitute conclusive evidence and be binding, and that this article is an evidence contract within the scope of Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish Republic Bodrum Courts and Enforcement Offices will have exclusive jurisdiction in disputes arising from this Agreement and the services to be provided through the Site.
Notification Addresses
The e-mail address provided by members to gngcollection.com is considered as the e-mail address where the legal address will be requested for any notifications regarding this agreement.
The parties agree that requests made to old e-mails will be valid and will be deemed to have been made to them, unless they notify the other party in writing of the changes in their current e-mails within 3 (three) days.
Again, any notification made by gngcollection.com using the user's registered e-mail address will be deemed to be received by the user 1 (one) day after the e-mail is sent by gngcollection.com. The User declares, accepts and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and accepted all of the articles contained in this agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information provided about him/her.
